CAPSH association
CAPSH (Committee for the Accessibility of Publications in Sciences and Humanities) is a French nonprofit association promoting the open access to academic publications. It was in charge of the Dissemin project, from its inception in 2015 to its closure at the end of 2024. Read more about the closure here. The association backs the No free view? No review! pledge. Other than that, the association is currently dormant, but may be revived in the future.
